TERMS OF USE
Yoga offers great benefits, but only you know your own body and its limits. As with any exercise programme, please consult your health care professional before starting any of our exercise programmes, and before practising along with any of our video practices. Many poses and breaths are contraindicated in pregnancy to, so if you are pregnant please only practise an easy, long breath and check with your midwife or physician before any practise is undertaken.
Breathwork practices like pranayama, breath of fire et al can be particularly contraindicated for those with high or low blood pressure issues so please consult your doctor before engaging in these. If you struggle with any particular breathwork sequence just revert to a long, deep and slow breath. Never force your way through any practice. Take everything at your own pace - not mine, not anyone else’s.
When participating in any exercise programme there is of course always the possibility of physical injury. Not all exercises I teach are suitable for all persons. The creators of our programmes and classes, videos, their platforms and distributors, and the performers are not liable for any injury, accident, or health impairment that occur during practice.
